House renovations with Modern Kitchen in East Sheen

This project includes a spectacular kitchen installation with a new dining and living area, which is as modern as it is welcoming in its design. We paid close attention to the layout to achieve a spacious, crisp and immaculate area.

During the heat of lockdown, the client expressed concerns over staying safe from COVID-19, so our team suggested solutions which would expel the need to move out during construction. We set up a temporary kitchen in the existing living room for the client’s use, with a temporary partition to ensure social distancing.

The client was very inquisitive of the building process, so Fittra made sure to keep them up to date on the ins-and-outs of the design, construction and progress of the project.

The original kitchen was small, cluttered, and didn’t receive much light, so when the rear wall was taken down to increase space, Fittra suggested bigger skylights to allow for light in the new kitchen as well as the living and dining area. This transformed the cramped, dim kitchen into a contemporary, practical and airy space.
