The Team at Fittra Construction collectively have decades of experience in the industry, combining their wide range of skills to deliver excellent results every time. At every level of our company our people work to their very best ability, focusing on customer satisfaction and their own sense of pride at a job well done.

Our Managing Directors bring their knowledge, passion and dedication to the workforce. With backgrounds in finance, accountancy and the key skills that underpin our projects, from plumbing and heating to electricals, they’re perfectly placed to lead from the front.

Vadym Lyakhovskyy Managing Director

Managing Director Vadym Lyakhovskyy has worked in the construction industry for 11 years. At Fittra his responsibilities include the company’s financial management, business development and marketing strategy. This puts his vast experience in finance to good use. Before he joined the construction industry, Vadym worked in banking. He also has as Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and studied Real Estate Economics and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ivan Cheprak Head of Commercial

With 12 years experience in the construction industry, Fittra Managing Director Ivan Cheprak uses his in-depth knowledge of the field to carry out his responsibilities in the project management and business development areas of the company. As well as his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Ivan has an NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, and is a Gas Safe registered engineer. As the site manager for safety training, he ensures all team members understand how to carry out tasks safely.

Igor Pryslubskyy Head of Residential

Igor Pryslubskyy’s experience in the construction industry dates back 14 years. In his role as Managing Director at Fittra he’s responsible for project management and construction site health and safety. Having been involved in various construction roles over the years, Igor is perfectly placed to manage the different skills in each team. He has Electrical Engineering degree, is a Certified Electrician, and has worked as a site foreman, kitchen fitter and multi-skilled labourer, before becoming MD.

Tamara Prokofyeva Projects Coordinator

At Fittra, Tamara Prokofyeva’s responsibilities include overseeing smooth office operations, ensuring efficient communication with prospective and existing clients and assisting the MPs in their daily tasks. Before Tamara joined the construction industry, she worked in various other fields including International Relations, Law and Education. She holds an Honours Degree in English Interpreting and Translation from Saint-Petersburg State University as well as a Masters in Public Relations from University of Reputation Technologies, Moscow.

Roman Pryslubskyi Operations Manager

Project Manager Roman Pryslubskyi has worked in the construction industry for 12 years. Roman has been with Fittra from its very foundation, and has been loyal through all our highs and lows. He is to this day one of the most prized members of our team. At Fittra, his responsibilities include delivering materials and organising project sites, which involves starting and closing projects and taking charge of any snagging that needs to be done in the final stages and discussions with the client. He has a good attention to detail thanks to his degree in Mechanics and previously used to work as a driver.

Natalia Lemisca Finance Manager

Meet Nataliia Lemisca, the Finance Manager at Fittra. With a Master's degree in Finance, Nataliia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Nataliia boasts an impressive 12-year career in the banking industry, (specialising in international settlements such as SWIFT Payments, currency control, process organisation and control). With 10 years of management experience, Nataliia has a remarkable track record in staff motivation, planning, and achieving results. Nataliia's interests include reading, cinema and wild-life.

The work that Fittra did for me was a full house renovation – this did not include any new build or extension work but it did include moving a number of internal load bearing walls and extending external openings to install large sliding doors. The work was reasonably complex structurally as the upper floor is steel beam and concrete block construction. Externally all windows and doors were changed, guttering and fascias were changed and a new tiled deck constructed to give an outside/inside feel. Fittra completed a rear extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of our house in Ealing late last year. This included new bathrooms, heating system (including underfloor heating), electrics and plumbing. When obtaining quotes, Fittra’s prices were in the middle of the three companies who came back to us with costs, but the fact that it was fully itemised (unlike the other costs we received) gave us piece of mind that we knew exactly what we were getting for our money.
