Brook Green

Fittra proudly led the transformation of this distinctive property in the heart of Brook Green, converting an outdated HMO property into 10 luxurious, self-contained studio apartments that blend historic charm with modern luxury. Our in-house team took charge of crafting high-quality, bespoke finishes that make each apartment unique.

Lancaster Gate

Project Lancaster Gate involved the full refurbishment and fit-out of three apartments and the communal areas within a prominent Grade II listed building overlooking Kensington Gardens. The property forms part of a historic terrace constructed between 1865 and 1870, celebrated for its ornate Neo-classical detailing and architectural significance.

Nevern Square

Fittra acted as the main contractor for the full redevelopment and modernisation of a prominent end-of-terrace building comprising 18 self-contained residential units. Positioned on the corner of Nevern Square and the road leading to Warwick Road, the property benefits from a rare triple aspect and views over the private garden square.

Old Deer Park

As part of our latest project in Richmond, Fittra has transformed this property into a stunning, modern home with enhanced functionality and style. The renovation included the installation of sleek skylights, introducing an abundance of natural light into the interiors and creating an inviting, airy atmosphere.

Sunningdale

A new, stunning renovation project in Sunningdale was completed in partnership with interior design team Falchi Interiors. The project involved a complete overhaul of a detached house, resulting in a spacious, sleek, and modern living space that exudes sophistication and style

Chelsea

In Chelsea, a five-story building underwent an extensive renovation process to achieve high standards of sophistication and luxury. We worked alongside an investment company to create six stunning two/three-bedroom apartments that combine comfort and elegance

The work that Fittra did for me was a full house renovation – this did not include any new build or extension work but it did include moving a number of internal load bearing walls and extending external openings to install large sliding doors. The work was reasonably complex structurally as the upper floor is steel beam and concrete block construction. Externally all windows and doors were changed, guttering and fascias were changed and a new tiled deck constructed to give an outside/inside feel. Internally, walls were moved, new door openings created or widened to give a modern open plan look and feel. Maidenhead

Fittra completed a rear extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of our house in Ealing late last year. This included new bathrooms, heating system (including underfloor heating), electrics and plumbing. When obtaining quotes, Fittra’s prices were in the middle of the three companies who came back to us with costs, but the fact that it was fully itemised (unlike the other costs we received) gave us piece of mind that we knew exactly what we were getting for our money.
