Site meeting

We ask you a few general questions about your project, such as: location, type of the project.

We are then ready to appoint a site visit to collect all the necessary information about your project. If you don’t already have an architectural design, we will definitely help you with this.

Providing proposal

When architectural & structural design is ready or provided by you, we will start preparing a full, detailed quote.

Each item and type of work will be listed separately so you can easily see what is included and what is excluded. We usually have between 12 to 18 pages in our proposal, so it is detailed and simple enough for you understand.

Time for making a decision

After reviewing our proposal, you would probably have some questions, so we will get in touch to discuss it with you, just to make sure you understand every single item there. After that we always give you some time to think it over and make a decision. Please take your time. We want you to fully concentrate and choose the right contractor.

Building process

Before the start of each project, we meet again on site to sign the contract, introduce the project manager and agree to the payment schedule. We use a 1 or 2 weeks evaluation system and ask only for a 5% deposit payment.
At this point, a list of discounted suppliers will be provided to you.


When the renovation is completed, we ensure that the project meets high standards.

All snaggings will be completed and a warranty for new products provided, along with the necessary certificates, so you will be ready to enjoy your new home.
