Fittra acted as the main contractor for the full redevelopment and modernisation of a prominent end-of-terrace building comprising 18 self-contained residential units. Positioned on the corner of Nevern Square and the road leading to Warwick Road, the property benefits from a rare triple aspect and views over the private garden square.

Key elements of the project included the demolition of an existing low-level rear structure and its replacement with a four-storey rear extension, which also introduced an additional studio apartment.
