Project Lancaster Gate involved the full refurbishment and fit-out of three apartments and the communal areas within a prominent Grade II listed building overlooking Kensington Gardens. The property forms part of a historic terrace constructed between 1865 and 1870, celebrated for its ornate Neo-classical detailing and architectural significance.

Fittra carried out a comprehensive programme of internal and external works, including the amalgamation of two flats to create a larger, more functional residence. The reconfiguration introduced open-plan living spaces and ensuite bathrooms, bringing the apartments in line with modern living standards.

All works were carefully designed and executed to respect the building’s listed status, retaining and restoring period features while improving energy efficiency, layout, and usability. External works included facade repairs and sympathetic restoration, ensuring the building’s heritage character was preserved and enhanced.
