Conversion of 10 Luxury Studios and Full Building Renovation in Brook Green

Fittra proudly led the transformation of this distinctive property in the heart of Brook Green, converting an outdated HMO property into 10 luxurious, self-contained studio apartments that blend historic charm with modern luxury. Our in-house team took charge of crafting high-quality, bespoke finishes that make each apartment unique.

The renovation included a thoughtful conversion of the attic space, adding two new studio apartments and expanding the floor area by approximately 50 square metres. At the rear, we reconfigured the layout to incorporate a new double-storey extension, providing additional living space. We also redesigned the garden, reclaiming overgrown areas to create a low-maintenance, beautifully landscaped setting, complemented by a custom-built garden office outbuilding. Under-pavement vaults were creatively repurposed as additional bathroom and utility spaces, maximising the property’s functionality. Each apartment featured custom kitchens and joinery, tailored to enhance storage and add a bespoke, high-end touch.

Modern mechanical and electrical systems were installed to ensure the apartments met the highest standards of efficiency and comfort. The building’s historic facade underwent careful restoration to preserve its architectural character for years to come. Our skilled team completed all dry lining, carpentry, and decoration work, showcasing FITTRA’s dedication to quality at every stage of the project.
